Job summary

StoryPoint Grove City is seeking a Lead Receptionist to provide efficient and courteous service to residents and guests. You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1–3 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist in scheduling and training of employees.
• Refer prospective residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, messages, and packages to residents and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of resident apartments and local information.
• Reserve dining area for residents and guests.
• Coordinate with maintenance and emergency procedures if needed.
• Dress professionally and wear name tag.
