Job summary

Gene B. Glick Company seeks an experienced Resident Service Coordinator to support residents at Hampton Place and Colonial Village. The role focuses on case management, engagement, and linking residents with community resources to promote stability and quality of life.

You will work with property teams to implement the resident services plan, oversee programming, and maintain accurate service data, while building strong relationships with local providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in social service delivery.
• Experience with PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.
• Able to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident intake and annual assessments to tailor service plans.
• Maintain records of interactions, goals and outcomes.
• Follow up on lease-violation notices to reduce evictions.
• Coordinate services with property teams and community partners.
• Develop and implement resident engagement activities and programs.
• Collect data to measure resident and program outcomes.
• Establish partnerships for food access, rental and utility assistance.
