Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to advocate, organize, and deliver results.
• Able to work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident intake and annual assessments.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and progress.
• Follow up on lease violation notices to reduce evictions.
• Coordinate services with property/region managers to meet service standards.
• Develop and implement resident engagement activities and partnerships.
• Collect data to measure program outcomes.
• Prepare monthly calendars and newsletters.
