Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to oversee the social services for Barrington Village residents, helping promote independence and stability through programs, partnerships, and community activities.

The role focuses on coordinating services, developing new programs, and maintaining accurate records to support residents in achieving a higher quality of life.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for helping people and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse community partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in social services, case management, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents with community resources and supportive services.
• Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate resident programs, educational workshops, and community events.
• Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, financial assistance, and other resources.
• Support resident independence while helping create a welcoming, engaged community.
• Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation.
