Job summary

LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve is seeking staff to provide general service management including intake, education on services available and application procedures, and referral of residents to service providers in the community. The role also helps residents find employment, job training, and economic development opportunities.

It coordinates educational opportunities about health care, life skills, safety and maintains a resource directory of providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides intake, education on services available and application procedures, and referrals to service providers in the community.
• Work with residents to find employment, job training, and economic development opportunities.
• Search and inform residents of job fairs and job openings; assist with resume development.
• Coordinate educational opportunities for residents regarding health care, life skills, safety, credit, etc.
• Develops a Resource Directory of state/local service providers.
• Assist residents with opening bank accounts and economic development efforts.
• Liaise with community agencies and inform residents about available services and benefits.
• Assist office staff with administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and data entry.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and support renewal/retention programs.
