Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in human services or related field desirable.
• Experience with severe mental illness and providing employment and housing services preferred.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License required or equivalent if residing in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients rapidly to establish trusting relationships for competitive employment.
• Develop individualized employment plans reflecting goals, strengths and needs.
• Provide follow-along support to secure and maintain employment in community settings.
• Serve as liaison with local businesses to create job opportunities and educate employers.
• Assist housing searches and negotiate lease terms for clients.
• Maintain records in company EMR and ensure compliance with health requirements.
