Job summary

Resources for Community Development (RCD) is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support its mission of affordable housing and resident empowerment. The role involves connecting residents with community resources, coordinating services on-site, and collaborating with partner agencies across properties in the Bay Area.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, engaging with seniors, families, and individuals facing homelessness or HIV/AIDS challenges while helping residents

Qualifications

2 years' experience in community development, housing, or related services.
Ability to connect residents with resources and educational programming.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Identify resident assets and needs and connect them to resources.
Provide on-site service coordination at assigned properties.
Develop partnerships with community organizations to expand services.
Coordinate with property management and vendors to support resident goals.
Collect data for program components and report outcomes.
Maintain office presence and organize community information boards.
