Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator in Bristol Township, PA. This full-time position schedules Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

You will organize, implement, and evaluate social services to meet residents' psycho-social needs, helping them live independently in the community. Responsibilities include resident assessments, maintaining records, linking residents to targeted services, and collaborating

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to promote a positive work environment.
