Responsibilities

• Being that go to person for the residents you have the answers
• Be the right-hand person for the leasing team helping greet prospective clients and possibly show the property
• Promote our lease renewals with residents and the team
• Be the voice of the property handling our phone calls
• Process service requests from residents to maintenance and follow up
• Be entrepreneurial with suggestions to improve resident satisfaction and events
