Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for the Holloman Air Force Base community in New Mexico. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, respond to resident inquiries, and support the property management team to uphold community standards and service excellence.

The role emphasizes customer service, administrative duties, and coordination of resident events while ensuring compliance with federal facility access requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi or RealPage) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-out assessments and charge for damages when applicable.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents.
• Answer resident questions and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide high standard of customer service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of office, models and common areas.
