Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for its military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK. You will coordinate requests from military families with the property management team, including move-ins, move-outs, inquiries, and enforcing community standards.

You’ll help maintain curb appeal and coordinate community activities. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, organizational, and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
• This position is located at a federal facility with REAL ID access requirements.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in a business-related field.
• Preferred: Experience in property management.
• Preferred: Experience with Yardi or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move out assessments and assess damages.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections.
• Answer resident questions and resolve complaints.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to residents.
• Monitor curb appeal and maintain office, amenities and common areas.
• Inspect vacant homes and prepare for rent-ready status.
• Organize and execute resident events and community programs.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop and maintain resident relations.
• Complete customer relationship management for the Resident Journey program.
• Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings.
• Maintain lease documentation and resident guide policies.
