Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our military housing team at Holloman Air Force Base, NM. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, respond to resident inquiries, and support community programs while maintaining curb appeal and service standards for a federal facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and exceptional customer service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with a diverse group of people.
• REAL ID compliance required to access federal facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and inspect dwellings with residents.
• Answer resident questions and assist in resolving issues.
• Provide high standard of customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of offices, amenities, models, and common areas.
• Assist with inspections of vacant homes and prepare for rent-ready status.
• Organize and execute company-sponsored resident events and community programs.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop and maintain strong resident relations.
• Complete CRM requirements for the Resident Journey program.
• Conduct neighborhood tours and show homes to qualified residents.
