Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for the military housing community at Fort Wainwright, AK. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and enforce community standards while supporting residents and the property management team.

You will ensure curb appeal, assist with inspections, and help organize resident events, maintaining strong resident relations and service quality at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to meet driving record standards.
• Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• This position is located at a federal facility and requires REAL ID compliant ID for access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move out assessments with departing residents and assess any charge for damages.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents.
• Answer resident questions and assist in resolving resident complaints.
• Provide high standard of customer service to residents through prompt and courteous responses.
• Monitor curb appeal throughout the community and office and maintain cleanliness and appearance of office, amenities, models and common areas.
• Assist in inspections of vacant homes and prepare for rent-ready status.
• Participate in organization and execution of company-sponsored resident events.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop and maintain strong resident relations.
• Complete customer relationship management requirements for the Resident Journey program.
• Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings for qualified potential residents.
• Maintain knowledge of lease documentation and resident guide policies and procedures.
