Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. seeks a Services Coordinator II to deliver educational, health and wellness, and asset-building programs for residents of MidPen properties.

The role coordinates outreach, partnerships, and community events to engage residents and build trust across communities. Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field and at least one year of experience in community development or social services, with strong customer service and organizational skills, plus the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field and 1 year of related experience or training.
• Minimum of one year experience in related areas (required): families, adults and youth in a diverse population; after-school, elderly support, or collaboration with local providers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs at assigned locations to meet standards and objectives.
• Conducts door-to-door, phone, e-mail outreach to promote services offered.
• Active engagement with property-level partners to support goals.
• Provides individualized support and enrollment assistance for residents.
• Maintains property-level records and tracks activities regularly.
• Models leadership and collaborates with Property Management and colleagues.
