Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a Services Coordinator II for Country Hills to deliver educational, health and wellness, and asset-building programs for residents. You will lead outreach efforts and plan community events to build trust and engagement.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field and 1 year of community development experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong customer service, data management, and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience coordinating community programs
• Experience serving residents in diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite programs and ensure implementation meets internal standards
• Perform outreach via door-to-door, phone, email to inform residents of services
• Engage property-level partners to support goals and communicate improvements to supervisors
• Provide individualized support and enrollment assistance for residents in programs
• Maintain property-level records and track service activities regularly
• Model leadership and foster collaboration with management and colleagues
