Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years in community development, social services, or related field.
• Preferred: experience with individuals with mental health issues and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data for designated program components in Mercy Housing database.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services on a regular basis.
• Develop understanding of residents to connect them with services and resources.
• Lead or participate in activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to build capacity.
