Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a customer-focused team member to coordinate general office activities for a residential community in Cambridge. You will be the first point of contact for residents, assist with inquiries, and support leasing and social programs to enhance resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to welcoming residents while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with residents and families, addressing questions or concerns.
• Prepare and log service requests, coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with leasing policies and renewals in line with corporate and Fair Housing policies.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and affordable housing programs.
• Handle administrative tasks: calls, mail, scheduling, and record keeping.
