You will manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, show apartments, and guide prospects through the application and move-in process. The role emphasizes high-energy sales, customer service, and accurate leasing administration with weekends/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments.
• Manage all leads in CRM and move-in procedures according to policy.
• Close leases and collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals.
