Job summary

Inglis is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to support people with disabilities, seniors, and families at our Philadelphia community. You will help residents access services, maintain tenancy, and build a supportive neighborhood with Property Managers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, 2–3 years of social services experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling or Social Work.
  • 2–3 years of social service delivery experience with aging, disability or family populations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to complete driver qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with accessing community-based services and resources.
  • Support building a healthy, vibrant apartment community.
  • Assist with maintaining tenancy at supported housing sites.
  • Work with Property Managers to coordinate services and programs.
  • Develop a Community Resource Directory and organize educational events.
