• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
• HS diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Personal smartphone technology required

• Scheduling make ready turns with vendors
• Performing move out inspections and assessing charges

The Resident Services Coordinator supports the overall success of the community by upholding Cohen-Esrey’s values, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies, delivering exceptional resident service, and coordinating maintenance operations.

Compensation*

$24 - $26
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
