Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• AA or BS degree in social work preferred.
• Experience with community resources or social services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee on-site programs and activities for residents (monthly socials, literacy, employability skills workshops).
• Link residents with public/private resources (food stamps, health insurance, childcare).
• Support residents in setting short- and long-term goals and organizing volunteer efforts.
