Job summary

Paycom seeks a dedicated Activities Coordinator to lead resident engagement and daily programs in our community setting. You will interview residents on admission, document participation, manage equipment inventories, and coordinate newsletters and resident council input.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must hold valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of 21 years of age preferred with driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents upon admission to determine likes and dislikes.
• Document the resident’s participation in activities daily.
• Plan and maintain an inventory list of activity equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the resident’s activity program and adjust as needed.
• Plan and coordinate the Community newsletter.
• Coordinate with the resident council for input into the activity program.
• Coordinate resident shopping orders for those unable to shop independently.
• Engage with residents in a compassionate and dignified manner reflecting core values.
• Pursue continuous learning through seminars and staff meetings.
