Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to ensure a welcoming transition for new residents. You will coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, liaise between departments, residents, and families, and support occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins/out, preparing materials, conducting inspections, and assisting with tours and occupancy tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills and customer service in a senior living

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year in admin, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Serve as primary contact for incoming residents and families.
• Prepare welcome packets and move-in binders; conduct pre-move inspections.
