Responsibilities

• Handle rollover calls from our multi-family properties.
• Take accurate notes to pass on needed information.
• Follow up with new residents on move-in experiences.
• Follow up with former residents on move-out experiences.
• Make random calls to inform residents of Edgewood services.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to maintain resident communication.
• Perform various customer service duties as needed.
