• Make random calls to inform residents of Edgewood services.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to maintain resident communication.
• Perform various customer service duties as needed.

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our multi‑family portfolio of properties.

Candidate will work full time at our Corporate office in Piscataway, NJ.

This position will be responsible to handle and coordinate various customer service needs for our residents and Edgewood's staff specifically for our various multi‑family residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Handle all rollover phone calls that are generated from our various multi‑family residential properties.
• Ensure accurate note taking from callers in order to pass on any additional information if needed.
• Follow up with new residents and gather feedback on their move‑in experiences.
• Follow up with previous residents on their experiences while living at the community and the move out process.
• Random calls to residents informing them of Edgewood services.
• Coordinate with on‑site staff to maintain communication with residents.
• Various customer service duties as needed.

Previous Experience Desired
