The role covers lease renewals, renters insurance compliance, move-ins/outs, event planning, budgeting, and clubhouse management, with active engagement via LOFT and social channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents daily and record status of resident household in RealPage to identify needs.
• Monitor and respond to resident feedback, focusing on timely work orders and satisfaction.
• Directly respond to internal surveys and follow up with residents to resolve issues.
