Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Concierge for our luxury The Edge at Raritan Heights in New Brunswick, NJ.

You will be the first contact for residents, prospective residents, and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced leasing environment. Responsibilities include front desk oversight, guest services, event coordination, package processing, and administrative support for the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms useful.
• Basic MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk and greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide community information and assist with key/gate card requests.
• Coordinate events and support leasing team for resident activities.
• Manage package room and maintain office cleanliness.
• Prepare leasing materials and ensure model units are tour-ready.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and assist with general inquiries.
• Support the Property Manager and oversee Sunday breakfast logistics.
