This full-time role at our corporate HQ in Piscataway, NJ covers service requests, apartment turnover, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, project management and general administration. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of industry experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and real estate software.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to listen and quickly develop rapport with residents and associates.
• Ability to complete repetitive administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and schedules with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office software.

Aufgaben

• Enter, track, and close service requests; follow up on issues.
• Schedule turns, enter POs, and upload work acknowledgements.
• Maintain property asset logs in Real Page; update assets as directed.
• Prepare quotes and purchase orders; manage shelf stock and deliveries.
• Support preventive maintenance and project management; schedule appointments.
• Manage vendor contracts and on-site vendors; ensure scope compliance.
