Job summary

Oceanview Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to assist our resident services director in leading the clinical team within the Assisted Living department. The role emphasizes compassionate resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination among staff.

The candidate should have Assisted Living experience or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid within 30 days, plus solid interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident services director to lead the clinical team.

We are looking for an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to assist our resident services director to lead our clinical team and support in caring for our residents in the Assisted Living department.

What we need from you:

• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
