Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Westmont of Pinole, a senior living community. The role requires leadership over operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality resident care and a compliant, safe environment.

The ideal candidate has an RCFE license, 3+ years of supervisory experience with the elderly, and a bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong customer service and team coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RCFE license
• Three years of supervisory or management experience with the elderly
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong budgeting knowledge and compliance
• Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching and counseling

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the community with strategic planning and leadership.
• Lead budgeting, resource allocation and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure adherence to state health laws, OSHA requirements and industry licensing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

What we need from you:

• Demonstrated ability to work with seniors in a health care environment.
• RCFE license
• Three years of prior work experience with the elderly in a supervisory or management role. A minimum of 2 years of college, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of budgets; creating, managing and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge and ability to meet state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.
• Strong management and supervising experience, including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.
• Strong ability to organize, plan, coordinate and execute the operations of the community including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coaching techniques.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
