Job summary

Westmont Living, Encinitas, seeks an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team in the Assisted Living department and support resident care.

Requirements include LVN license in good standing, Assisted Living experience preferred, CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire, knowledge of state and federal regulations, and at least 1 year in supervision including hiring, training and coaching.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
