Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team in Encinitas. The role focuses on caring for residents in the Assisted Living department and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold an LVN license in good standing, have Assisted Living experience, and be prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum) including hiring, training and coaching.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
