Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in California is seeking a full-time Memory Care Coordinator for The Oaks at Paso Robles to support the memory care department and assist the nurse with operations.

The role requires experience with memory care residents, English communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days, and strong leadership and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in English (written and oral).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Memory Care Director with department operations.
• Coordinate resident care plans and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.
• Assist with staff training and supervision as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

We are currently seeking a full-time Memory Care Coordinator who will support our Nurse with the operations of the Memory care dept.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred
• Able to communicate written and orally in English
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities
• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs
