Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

Schochet is currently seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our Fresh Pond Apartments in Cambridge, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families and older adults in affordable/low-income housing.

Job Details:

• Location: Fresh Pond - Cambridge, MA
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Seniority Level: Entry level

As a Resident Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with the resident services team, property management, residents, volunteers, and community partners.
• Connecting residents to services and resources such as aging in place support, rental assistance, benefits, job support, early childhood education, food assistance, and mental health services.
• Establishing onsite wellness programs and events to promote community engagement and well-being.
• Advocating and problem-solving to meet residents' needs.
• Building relationships with community agencies and service providers to facilitate direct services to residents.
