Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our team for daytime and second shift coverage. You will greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information with warmth and professionalism.

You will support the concierge team by handling mail, coordinating appointments, preparing meal tickets, updating rosters, and keeping the lobby neat and welcoming for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd shift coverage as needed for vacations, sick leave, emergencies and other absences.
• Handle telephone answering and receptionist duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates them to the recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors, answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and tally meal counts for dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register; logs for guests and sign-in.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
