Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a part-time Concierge/Receptionist to support residents and families on Fridays through Sundays, 9am–5pm. You will serve as a friendly point of contact, coordinate services, manage reservations, transportation, and events, and help ensure a welcoming community environment.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, punctuality, and the ability to work with seniors and staff in a dynamic setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, Receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Punctual, neat, and professional in appearance.

Aufgaben

• Acts as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Provides personalized solutions based on customer needs and requests.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and routes calls appropriately.
• Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, delivery, reservations, transportation).
• Welcome new residents and families, explaining concierge services and community resources.
• Manages transportation sign-ups and confirms written transportation details.
• Liaises between culinary and dining services to confirm reservations.
• Maintains RSVP lists and reminds residents of events and meals.
• Maintains security, sign-in logs, and a clean reception area.
• Logs and delivers mail and packages; may perform other duties.
