Job summary

Artis Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to manage the front desk and provide administrative support to multiple departments. This position includes greeting visitors, answering calls, and delivering hospitality to residents and families.

The role supports the Business Office, Marketing, and Executive Director, with a focus on professional presentation and resident confidentiality. Part-time evening and PRN weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in front desk, hospitality, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide administrative support to multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• The Concierge will manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the Business Office, Marketing, and the Executive Director.
• Answer telephones promptly and professionally, direct calls or take messages as needed.
• Greet incoming guests and provide hospitality to residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to infection prevention and safety regulations.
