Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 years related experience.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to operate a telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board, and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a cheerful, marketing oriented way and forward to the appropriate staff.
• Greet on-site visitors and provide directions and information as needed.
• Coordinate guestroom reservations and manage mail and publications.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
