As a valued team member, you’ll answer calls, welcome visitors, coordinate guestroom reservations, update calendars, handle mail and supplies, and perform other clerical duties to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a cheerful, marketing oriented way and forward to the appropriate personnel.
• Greet on-site visitors and provide directions and information.
• Coordinate guestroom reservations and maintain appointment calendars.
• Receive and route mail, manage publications, and maintain office supplies.
• Support basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
• Assist residents and families with information and scheduling as required.
