Job summary

Qualifications include 1+ year in customer service, proficient MS Office, reliable attendance, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service with multi-line phone systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook).
• English fluency; strong communication and problem-solving.
• Dependable, punctual, professional with empathy for older adults.
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multitask and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate lobby desk and greet residents, families, and visitors.
• Answer calls, transfer, and take messages; manage switchboard.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and report issues.
• Assist with appointments, transportation bookings, and community programming.
• Process deliveries, maintain logs, and protect resident confidentiality.
• Provide back-up scheduling support as needed.
