The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED, with preference for additional training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties as required.
• Take complete messages and communicate to the recipient.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries and give directions.
• Organize and prepare materials for the marketing department.
• Maintain and update resident lists, sign-in logs, and move-in/move-out registers.
