Job summary

Pratum Companies in South Florida seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations in West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on resident services, leasing support, and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.

You will handle recertifications, rent calculations, and records, coordinate inspections, and work closely with the Community Manager to maintain accurate files and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous residential Property Management experience.
• HUD/Section 8 recertifications and compliance knowledge.
• Accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Experience with rent collections, deposits, and resident accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit/LIHTC recertifications and compliance.
• Schedule and conduct resident recertification interviews.
• Review income, assets, rent calculations, and required documentation.
• Maintain resident files per regulations and company policy.
• Manage waiting list and assist with leasing and payments.
• Support leasing, rent collections, deposits, and resident services.
• Prepare lease documents and respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Coordinate inspections and assist Community Manager.
• Keep accurate records and meet deadlines.
