Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and Fort Lauderdale communities in South Florida. You will assist the Community Manager, interact with residents, help with compliance and recertifications, and support leasing and daily operations.

The role requires residential property management experience, HUD/Section 8 knowledge, and strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8 recertifications and compliance
• Experience with rent collections and accounts receivable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)

Responsibilities

• Assist with HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit/LIHTC recertifications and compliance
• Schedule and conduct resident recertification interviews
• Review income, assets, rent calculations and required documents
• Maintain resident files and waiting lists
• Assist with leasing, collections and resident services
• Support Community Manager with daily property operations
• Ensure records are accurate and deadlines are met
