The role requires 3+ years in residential property management, strong knowledge of LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8, plus familiarity with Yardi and property management software. A sign-on bonus awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• Strong experience managing Affordable Housing communities.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, income certifications, recertifications, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and interim recertifications, income certifications, resident eligibility, and compliance reporting.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses, delinquency, and financial performance.
• Ensure property looks and operates to company standards; supervise onsite staff.
