Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support HUD/affordable housing operations across West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and Fort Lauderdale. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00 with excellent benefits and career growth.

You will assist with leasing, certifications, resident services, rent collections, and compliance, working alongside the Community Manager to keep communities running

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8 recertifications and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit/LIHTC recertifications and compliance.
• Schedule and conduct resident recertification interviews.
• Review income, assets, rent calculations, and required documentation.
• Maintain resident files per regulations and company policy.
• Assist with leasing, rent collections, and deposits.
• Support Community Manager with daily property operations.
