Pratum Companies is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our South Florida communities in West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and Fort Lauderdale. You’ll work alongside the Community Manager, assist with certifications, leasing, and resident services to keep the property running smoothly.

Aufgaben

• Assist with HUD/Section 8 recertifications and compliance.
• Schedule and conduct resident recertification interviews.
• Review income, assets, rent calculations, and required documentation.
• Maintain resident files per regulations.
• Manage the property waiting list.
• Assist with leasing, rent collections, AR, deposits, and resident services.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Prepare lease documents and paperwork.
• Assist residents with questions and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate inspections and resident information.
• Support Community Manager with daily operations.
• Maintain records and meet deadlines to avoid emergencies.
