Job summary

Better Tomorrows in Coatesville, PA seeks a Social Services Coordinator to facilitate services and promote a safe, engaging living environment for residents of Regency Park Apartments.

The role covers program coordination across health, education, financial literacy, and community engagement, with on-site food distribution and collaboration with community partners. Experience in social services and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Planning Skills and Knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of ETO or similar database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or coordinate programs, activities, and social services for residents using community resources.
• Administer after-school, summer, and education programs to support resident engagement.
• Provide job readiness and financial literacy support to promote economic stability.
• Coordinate health and wellness programs and social engagement events.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and manage on-site food distribution.
