Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC) is seeking a Full-time Resident Services Coordinator for Mountain View Terrace, Parkesburg School, Umbrella Works, Franklin Street and Mulberry Apartments in Ephrata, PA. This role supports housing stability by connecting residents to critical services and advocating trauma-informed, community-centered care.

Under the Resident Services leadership, you will coordinate referrals, collaborate with property management, and track outcomes to help

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred or five to seven years of related experience.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or affordable housing preferred.
• Ability to handle complex logistics, be detail oriented, organized and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Service Coordination: support residents across three priority service areas—housing stability, health and wellness, financial capability and mobility.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: work with Property Management as part of on-site team; participate in biweekly coordination meetings.
• Community Connections: maintain relationships with external service providers; expand partnerships with service delivery.
• Data Collection and Outcome Reporting: maintain confidential resident files; track referrals, services, outcomes, and follow-up.
• Resident Emergency Response: respond to on-site emergencies; follow crisis protocols and reporting.
• Operational Excellence: participate in meetings; meet performance standards; uphold mission, values, and equity.
