Job summary

Better Tomorrows is seeking a part-time Social Services Coordinator to help multigenerational residents in Upper Darby, PA enjoy a higher quality of life through connected services and community programming.

You will coordinate programs across Health, Wellness, Education, Financial Literacy, Job Readiness, and Social Engagement while maintaining records and collaborating with property management. The role requires strong communication, planning, and independent work ability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and general computer software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Planning Skills and Knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or coordinate programs and social services for residents using community resources.
• Engage community partnerships and volunteers to support programming.
• Lead on-site food distribution programs and coordinate resident activities.
• Create service goals with residents and monitor progress, including wellness checks.
• Maintain data systems for case management progress and attendance.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars for residents.
