Job summary

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm focused on creating sustainable communities, seeks a Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs for its East Hills properties (313 units). You will implement and coordinate on-site resident services, develop partnerships, and lead staff in strengthening community life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a helping profession required; MSW preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supportive services, case management, social work, community outreach, or related roles.
• Proven experience coordinating resident services and collaborating with external agencies and community partners.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations and support residents facing housing stability, financial, or social challenges.
• Experience planning and facilitating community events, educational workshops, or resident leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with lease compliance, eviction prevention, and housing regulations is desirable.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all on-site service providers, ensuring resources and collaboration; avoid duplication.
• Outreach to external agencies to bring services on-site for residents' goals.
• Build positive relationships with residents and identify community interests and needs.
• Connect residents to external resources to meet lease obligations and address challenges.
• Participate in annual unit inspections; follow up with residents on outcomes and guidance.
• Champion the Hospitality Covenant; model respectful behavior and accountability.
• Explain lease and guidelines; facilitate management-resident communication to resolve issues.
• Plan and host regular community gatherings (min. 11 per year) to foster belonging.
• Develop resident leaders and support resident-led initiatives.
• Lead lease education and eviction prevention program for housing stability.
• Submit urgent incident follow-ups within 48 hours; compile monthly and annual reports.
• Attend property management meetings; be a positive team member.
• Maintain accurate case notes and service records; perform other duties.
